How Our Pre-Order Capsules Work & Current Ordering Windows

Welcome to Five PearlZ Designs. To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, quality, and exclusivity, our collections are released through a limited-edition pre-order capsule model.

Rather than mass-producing inventory, we create our poised and polished apparel exclusively for the women who secure their pieces during our dedicated ordering windows. This model allows us to honor our commitment to premium detailing while delivering a truly exclusive experience.

Understanding the Pre-Order Process

Each Five PearlZ Designs collection is released as a “capsule” that is available for purchase for a strictly limited time.

  1. The Window Opens: A new capsule drops, and the ordering window opens on our website.

  2. Secure Your Style: You place your order, securing your exclusive size and style.

  3. The Window Closes: Once the ordering window officially closes, no more orders can be placed for that specific capsule.

  4. Production Begins: The exact number of garments ordered is sent to our manufacturing team, and production officially begins.

We will dispatch your items the moment they arrive at our facility. You can expect your apparel to be delivered to your doorstep approximately 6 weeks after the ordering window closes.
