Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Shipping Timeframes

Please allow a standard processing and fulfillment window of 7 to 10 business days for all standard orders. For the purposes of this policy, “business days” are strictly defined as Monday through Friday, explicitly excluding weekends and all recognized federal or postal holidays.

2. Order Finality and Modifications

Upon the successful submission of an order, the transaction immediately enters our automated fulfillment queue. Consequently, no modifications, alterations, or cancellations can be accommodated once an order is placed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of all order details prior to finalizing checkout. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Selected item sizes and quantities

• Accuracy and completeness of the shipping address

• The application of any promotional or discount codes

3. Pre-Orders and Consolidated Shipping

Items designated as “Pre-Order” will be processed and dispatched according to the estimated timeline specified on the respective product listing.

• Mixed Orders: If an order contains both currently available items and pre-order items, the entire order will be consolidated and shipped together once the pre-order item(s) becomes available.

• Split Shipments: If a customer requires in-stock items to be dispatched prior to the availability of a pre-order item, they must place two separate orders at checkout. Alternatively, the customer may contact our support team to request a supplementary shipping invoice to cover the cost of a split delivery.

4. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Five PearlZ Designs relies entirely on the shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. If a parcel is returned to our facility by the carrier due to an outdated, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable address, we will gladly facilitate a reshipment. However, the customer will be strictly liable for a reshipment fee of $6.50 prior to the second dispatch.

5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

To ensure complete transparency and peace of mind, all dispatched orders are accompanied by a secure tracking number. This tracking information will be provided via email immediately upon shipment generation, allowing customers to monitor their package’s transit status.
