Five PearlZ Designs operates on an exclusive pre-order capsule model to ensure the highest quality for our garments. Rather than holding standard inventory, our pieces are made to order.

Here is everything you need to know about our timeline:

• The Pre-Order Window: Production for all items begins only after the current capsule’s ordering window officially closes.
• Production Timeline: Please allow approximately one month for the production of your pieces.
• Estimated Delivery: We will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive from production. You can expect your order to arrive approximately 6 weeks after the ordering window closes.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific delivery zip code.
